Here is how Sunny will spend the first two weeks of her program, exercise wise. As you can see, my FLEXability DVD can be used to suit anyone’s needs, as Sunny will take advantage of here, using certain chapters to work out certain muscle groups on specified days.
Monday: Warm up with a 5-minute walk at a slower pace, and a 20-minute vigorous walk or jog with the last 5 minutes at a slower pace with our dog Max (who also needs to lose 10 lbs), followed by the Beginner Chapter of DVD, and ending with the Cool Down & Stretch Chapter 7.
Tuesday: Chapter 1 Warmup, Beginner Home Weight Training Workout; Chapter 6 Isolated Abs & Obliques; and Chapter 7 Cool Down and Stretch.
Wednesday: 1-hour Kickboxing Class or a 40-minute brisk walk, and Chapter 7 (Cool Down & Stretch).
Thursday: Video Full Workout (70 minutes)
Saturday: 20-minute fast walk or jog with Max & Beginner Home Weight Training Workout.
