As I would have bet, so I’m not surprised, but delighted just the same, Sunny has already nearly achieved her goal of losing ten pounds. She’s all heart, that one! She’s using her sister Nikki’s meal plan, and using the FLEXability DVD judiciously – full workouts when she has the time, and targeting body parts with specific chapters when she’s pressed. As important, Sunny now exudes even more energy and health and vitality than before. She’s eating better, but she feels better and better, because she set a realizable goal, and she’s, well, realizing it!
Her determination is an inspiration to us all. What can you determine to do? How can the FLEXability DVD help you? With three levels, you can use it if you’ve never exercised before (and follow Sunny and Nikki through the easier levels). As you progress (and start realizing your goals), you can bump things up a notch to the intermediate level. And so on, and so on: you’ll be at the toughest level and looking for new challenges before you know it. But you have to take that first important step. You have to KNOW you can feel and look better. You, too, can benefit from supreme energy and health. It absolutely will become second nature after a few short weeks. You’ll be glad you got started. Sunny is! Is Sunny the only one out there bold enough to put herself on the line, so to speak, and publicly endeavor to improve the way she feels and looks? I haven’t gotten any before shots of anyone else. C’mon folks!
Snap a pic, send it in, and publicly proclaim that you’re taking your health seriously, and let us watch as you sweat away the pounds and inches, and begin eating better and getting in better shape.
