Group Workout

I called this particular workout “FLEXability” because we produced it to give you the flexibility of watching me or one of my daughters doing the version of the workout that best suits you. It’s even flexible in the music you can choose to play you’re your workout (but more about that in a sec.).

Whatever level you choose, the workout itself is a fun and motivating combination of Pilates, Body Sculpting and Yoga moves.  55+ minutes of a full body, multi-level workout that:

  • Focuses on core strength
  • Improves full body strength
  • Works your cardio-respiratory system
  • Builds endurance
  • Increases flexibility
  • Improves sports performance and posture.

You also burn fat, while increasing your metabolism – which will enable you to burn calories more efficiently. All while reducing your risk for injury.
