I love music, and I certainly depend on it to motivate me through my workouts. But sometimes I’m in different moods for different music genres. So, we’ve made that flexible, too
On the DVD, you’ll see a menu with two choices. Play the workout with the music it came with, or turn if off and play your favorite workout music through your iPod or MP3 player, or on your home stereo.
Here are some of my favorite playlists I’ve compiled for use with the FLEXability DVD workout.
Just click on the Playlist number you like, and you’ll go straight to iTunes where you can purchase the whole list with just one click.
