How to Personalize FLEXability

Pick the color-coded workout level that corresponds to where you are now with your fitness. Then follow along with me and/or my daughters demonstrating the moves for that level. It’s that simple (and that flexible!).

The great thing about FLEXability is that, as you progress in your level of fitness, you can move on to another, more challenging level – all with the same DVD!
